Our take on the "Original Kombucha", whatever this means!
This is definitely one of our favourites: black and green tea fermented with sugar and then bottled with some fresh ginger juice!
Kombucha is a tea that has been fermented by a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts, that digest sugars turning them into acetic acids and several other acidic compounds, trace levels of alcohol and gases that make it naturally carbonated. Good for your microbiome! :)
