Yes it is possible! make bread without flour!
How does it work? Well, this bread has only 3 ingredients:
grain berries - sourdough starter - salt . And it is delicious!
It is the most wholemeal bread you can imagine, nothing from the grain is removed: the whole berries are sprouted, crushed, fermented and cooked! Easy :)
We offer at the moment the variety with Einkorn: an ancient variety of wheat that has not been hybridized, is considered to be the first variety of grain that was domesticated and cultivated. It has a much lower gluten content compared to regular wheat. It delivers a bread with a nutty and toasty flavour, definitely a must try! Ingredients: einkorn berries, sourdough starter (mix of grains), salt.
Optional: you can add Flax Seeds on request for more juiciness, flavour and fibers!
It stays good in or outside the fridge for one week. Can also be sliced and frozen, perfect when warmed up in the oven or on the grill.
When is it ready? the bread is made fresh on request with every order. This means that since the moment you place your order, it will take few days to be ready: the grains have to sprout and then the bread has to rise.
